Glauco Madeira
Corporate innovation and business design consultant with over 15 years of experience, spanning communication strategy, marketing planning, business strategy, and training. He has worked with clients such as Galp, EDP, Banco de Portugal, the Ministry of Justice, Crédito Agrícola, Cofidis, Grupo IMPRESA, L’Oréal, Sonae Sierra, Sagres, Sumol+Compal, and Delta Cafés.
Partner and consultant at 401 Business Design, a collaborative innovation consultancy based in Lisbon. Glauco serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Lisbon Digital School, where he also teaches Design Thinking and Customer Journey. He is a guest lecturer on Innovation and Design Thinking at the Nova School of Business & Economics and a faculty member at ISCTE Executive Education.
